I’m a husband, dad, and son as well as an encourager, student and teacher. I write and speak well, but not as good as I would like. I fight fires and run medical calls on nights and weekends and during the day, I wear a multitude of hats. Jack of all trades, master of none is a pretty good description of my life. I enjoy many of "ALL" those things, but my REAL passion? Seeing individuals and teams thrive through relational leadership. There is nothing better than seeing the fire ignite in a person when they "get it" or achieve that goal once thought impossible.

Every Christian on the planet should have the same mentality. For those who are unaware, we have an enemy that hates us and wants us dead, and if they can't kill us, they will do everything they can to make us useless. And, useless very well may be worse than death because if we're useless, guaranteed we'll drag others down with us.

Jesus said, "Whoever is not with me is against me, and whoever does not gather with me scatters."
